Sawdust drying is a process in which wet sawdust is continuously added to the drying drum by screw conveyor, and the moisture in the wet material is evaporated during the transportation and dispersion of high-speed hot air to obtain a dry product.
Triple pass rotary drum dryer is adopted to dry sawdust. We can also provide complete sawdust drying plant, which includes heating part, feeding device, rotary dryer, discharging device and cyclone dust collector.
Application of Sawdust Dryer
Our sawdust dryer can be used for drying wood chips, sawdust,wood powder, wood shavings, bark, corn straw, soybean straw, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, mulberry leaves and other biomass materials.
Advantage of Sawdust Dryer
1. Compared with single-cylinder dryer, the land occupation is reduced by about 50%, civil construction investment is reduced by about 50%, and power consumption is reduced by 60%.
2. The self-insulation thermal efficiency of the cylinder is as high as more than 70%, and the thermal efficiency is increased by more than 50%.
3. The discharge temperature is low, which ensures a long service life of the dust removal equipment and can be continuously produced for the next process.
4. The system is equipped with control system, with a high degree of automation and simple operation.
5. The system has a unique sealing structure, no thermal energy leakage.
6. The final moisture can be easily adjusted according to user requirements.
