VOK ®- 2000 is a liquid carrier and humectant, which can be used for color paste and pigment dispersion meeting the specification of volatile organic compounds.

Characteristics and purpose

Traditional water-based color pastes generally contain organic cosolvents, which are used as humectants to avoid drying of color pastes during use or storage. In order to meet the requirements for volatile organic compounds, organic solvent components must be replaced by other formulations, and VOK is added ®- 2000 color paste has excellent drying resistance

VOK ®- 2000 is a polymer type surface activated polymer, which has better water resistance than traditional non-ionic surfactant

VOK ®- 2000 has excellent pigment wetting and stability characteristics, which can reduce or avoid the use of other surfactants or additives, especially non-ionic dispersants such as alkylphenol ethoxylates or their derivatives

VOK ®- 2000 excellent storage stability, no harmful effects on the environment

Amount added and method of use

Generally, 5-25% of the total formula is added

Mix with water before adding pigments and pigments

Keep away from heat and ignition sources
