Four cross corner fully bottom lifting belt with loop height 30cm supports the 2000kg loading
capacity. The lifting belts made with strong toughness and can be made as stiff straps or soft straps.

Our bag's fabric is made from 100% new pp material and by using the close-up lock sewing stitches
which durable to hold the working loading weight.

● Yarn draw bench :Our factory owns 3 sets of draw bench machine, which can produce 15 tons of PP yarns per day.
● Fabric and lifting straps weaving: The weight range of fabric from 60gsm to 240gsm.
Lifting straps weight range from 20g/m to 80g/m. We can supplied both stiff lifting belts and soft lifting belts.
● Cutting fabric: After lamination, the fabric will be cut into suitable size for sewing bags.
● Bag sewing: The bag is strictly sewing according to specifications.
● QA & QC: The bags should be inspected piece by piece and then dust-proof treatment to ensure the bags are clean enough.
● Packaging and Delivery: Normally the bags are packaged on bales or pallets according to the request. And 1x20’fcl will load 20 pallets and 1x40’fcl will load 44 pallets.
The Baffle big bag is formed with 4 particular inner baffles to keep the bag’s stability. This will help to keep the square shape without bulging after filled with goods. We have experience to provide the baffle big bag in 4 panel style, U-panel style and Tubular style. And these bags normally using laminated fabric and sift-proof sewing stitches when loading powder materials.
