5.Storage: It should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry, clean warehouse without chemical corrosion atmosphere. Moisture proof. Do not store and transport together with acid and alkali products. It should be rainproof and shockproof in the process of transportation. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent collision and rolling and mechanical damage.
Ge content ≥ 99.999%, resistivity ≥ 50Ω • cm (20 ± 0.5 ºC). Silver gray metallic luster, cuboid bar shape, hard and brittle, melting point of 937.4 ºC, boiling point of 2800 ºC, density of 5.325g/cm3.Each ingot is about 100 ~ 500mm long, sealed in a polyethylene film bag, then packed in a polystyrene box, packed in an outer wooden box, and the net weight of each box is about 25kg.
