Colorless oily liquid with strong aroma of apple, pineapple and unripe plum peel. Boiling point 133℃, melting point -99℃. Soluble in ethanol and propylene glycol, mixed in most non-volatile oils, extremely insoluble in water. Natural products are found in apples, wine, brandy, strawberries, melons and so on.

Use: GB2760/96 is a permitted edible spice. Mainly used to prepare apple, strawberry, grape, raspberry, mango and other tropical fruit flavor
