1. Product Introduction

PVDF 2110 fluorocarbon coating with the superior performance is formed by the PVDF resin and additives, which is suitable for building panels and other articles made from extruded and sheet metal which are intended for outdoor use. Projected life of the coating is expected to be more than twenty years. It could be applied with wet process i.e, 2C-1B or 3C-1B system.

Application in the aluminum substrate surface of building walls, doors, windows, ceiling, roof and the shop front.

3.Mark, Package, Storage & Transportation

3.1 Mark

The packaging barrel of this product shall be provided with firm and clear identification, indicating the company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content, etc.

3.2 Package

The product is packed in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), and the net content of each barrel is (25±0.2) kg; Each barrel shall be provided with product certificate, including company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content, production date, etc. If special packaging is required, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate separately.

3.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place to prevent rain, sunlight, moisture, dust and other impurities.

3.4 Transportation

This product is transported as non dangerous goods. Avoid moisture and violent vibration during transportation.
