48V 13-cell lithium-ion battery charger, 1.5A at 54.6 volts, with removable AC cord and fuel gauge This is a 1500 mA multi-stage li-ion and li-po charger with universal AC input. It includes a removable AC plug, a slow start feature and a 4-segment indicator.The charger can be left permanently on the battery for maintenance.. It uses energy-saving techniques and advanced charge precision. The slow-start function helps battery cycle life, especially with deeply discharged batteries. The charger is fully isolated from the mains, has universal AC input, and a removable AC cord. It will accurately lithium-ion and lithium-polymer packs.
Features:It is programmed 4 auto stages (Pre-CC-CV-Cutoff) charging process, designed for 3~25Ah Li-Ion/Polymer battery pack. Stage "Pre" is a pre-charge function for deep discharged battery pack, this is helpful for battery's cycle life. The pre-charge current is less than 1/3 C.C value. When the battery recovered by pre-charge small current, stage "CC" will give constant current charging, the charge current up to 90W. Then, "CV" stage is followed, the output voltage is limited on C.V value, until the charge current declined to 1/8 C.C. At this stage, the battery is charged completely and the charger will cut off output automatic.
What's more, it can display the charging process, indicate the battery capacity from 25% to 100% timely. This is helpful for user.
For more safety, it will enable protection mode when the battery polarity reversed our the output connectors shorted.
