The change of motion trajectory needs to be measured by the speed sensor, through which the server receives the change of each motion process, and then adjusts the speed of each motion process. Therefore, it can run synchronously with the controlled equipment and meet the requirements of precise motion control. For example, the machine tool is controlled by the high-speed rotating shaft. After receiving the displacement data of the device, the speed sensor outputs the corresponding speed to the movement system through the encoder. The speed data output by the speed sensor of the server can be directly passed through the high-speed motor input terminal at the server end, and through the motor current, speed transmission signal to realize the movement system and the computer communication, to achieve the synchronous speed adjustment requirements with the controlled equipment. The speed sensor can also collect the speed data and send the output signal to the server for synchronizing error compensation and other functions. In order to meet the requirements of real-time motion control and real-time acquisition and calculation of position data, real-time speed information can be collected through the input and output terminals of high-speed sensors.
