·        BOPP Film:
A Biaxially Orientated Polypropylene (B.O.P.P) film can be printed with a photographic quality and then adhered to a woven pp bag, which means 3-layer structure: fabric, lamination, BOPP film. Easy open feature. Bags for pet food, animal feed, rice, etc.
Laminated or Coated:
A lamination is a thin coating of poly film which is adhered to either the inside or outside of the pp woven bag giving the fabric a resistance from humidity, also improves the fabric properties. Bags fro chemical products, fertilizer, etc.

Sealed liner made of H.D.P.E. or L.D.P.E. Plastics can be inserted and sewn into the top hem of the bag. This prevents the liner from collapsing into the outer bag when filling with product and helps the egress of moisture.

·        UV Stabilization:
WPP bags can be manufactured with the addition of U.V. Stabilization to protect and extend the effective lifespan of the bag.

Types of Big Bags:
1.U-Panel construction – made from 2 pieces of fabric with 2 seams along 2 opposite sides
to create 2 panels into a “U” Panel shape.
2.Four panel bag (the original polypropylene design) – requires seams along four separate pieces of fabric
 sewn to create a four panel bag.
3.A Circular or Tubular bag made from fabric that has been woven into a cylinder or tube of fabric, cut to the
correct size. This tubular body design is ideal as a liner-less option for fine materials.
4.Form-stable or Baffled bags with corner baffles sewn in to maintain their shape when they are filled, allowing
the product material to flow into all corners of the bag.
5.Vented bags – A section of each side of the bag is vented to allow airflow throughout the contents of the bag, most suitable for use in the agriculture industry for fruit and vegetables such as potatoes.

1.Duffle Tops: A duffle top can be added to any kind of bulk bag, including circular and U-panel bulk sacks. A duffle top provides a bag with a fill opening that has the same width and depth dimensions as the bag it is on.
This kind of versatile top works well with many kinds of filling machines and is useful in many filling procedures. Once a bulk bag is filled, the duffle top is closed to protect the product in the bulk sack.
2.Spout Tops: Spout tops help to reduce the amount of dust that is generated when a bag is being filled. A bag with a spout has a chute on its top that product runs through to fill the bulk bag. While spouts can be customized to suit your specific needs, the bulk bag industry does have standards for the most frequent applications, with the most common measure being 14-inches in diameter and 18-inches in length.
3.Open Tops: Open top big bags are exactly what they sound like: open. They don’t have a top panel to cover the contents and are, therefore, generally easy to fill with products that don’t need to be protected from external elements.

Depending on a variety of factors, the FIBC you need may have one of the following bottoms:

1.Spout Bottom: Spout bottom bulk sacks have a spout on their bottom that is used to empty whatever product the bag is holding. The most common dimensions for a spout on the bottom of a bulk bag are the same as the ones used for a spout on the top of a bulk sack.
2.Plain Bottom: If a bulk bag has a duffle top and a plain bottom, it’s normally emptied through its duffle top or cut open to remove its contents from the bottom. Bags with this type of bottom are typically used just one time.
3.Full Bottom: A full bottom discharge bulk bag has a spout that’s used for emptying the bag, and it has the same characteristics of the bag itself. This sort of bottom is appropriate when a bulk bag is being used to store or transport materials that clump together into masses.
