If the toy is charged, make BS EN62115:
The main test contents of EN62115 include: logo and description; Input power; Temperature rise and abnormal operation; Electrical strength; Mechanical strength; Structure; Wires, screws and components; Creepage distance and electrical clearance; Fire and heat resistance; Toxic and similar hazards, etc.
After 31 December 2020, the EU harmonised standards will become "designated standards" for the United Kingdom and a list of such standards will be published by the Secretary of State. On 1 January 2021, the substance of the UK standard will be the same as that adopted by the EU.
However, they will use the prefix "BS" to indicate that they are standards adopted by the British Standards Body (BSI) as the UK national standards body.
The UKCA certification process is the same as the EU CE certification process, which is generally divided into the following six steps:
1. Determine applicable UK regulations and standards
2. Self-verify product conformance
3. Determine whether a UK notification body is required for conformity assessment
4. Test the conformance of products
5. Save the required technical documents
6. The product shall be affixed with UKCA logo and issued with UKCA DoC
