In the structure of lithium battery, diaphragm is one of the key inner components. The performance of the diaphragm determines the interface structure and internal resistance of the battery, which directly affects the capacity, circulation and safety performance of the battery. The diaphragm with excellent performance plays an important role in improving the comprehensive performance of the battery. The main function of the separator is to separate the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, prevent the contact between the two poles and short circuit, in addition, it also has the function of enabling the electrolyte ions to pass. The diaphragm material is not conductive, and its physical and chemical properties have a great impact on the performance of the battery. Different types of batteries use different diaphragms. The diaphragm cost of lithium battery accounts for about 1/3 of the battery cost.
Diaphragm is the core of lithium ion battery preparation, lithium ion battery separator is generally divided into dry process and wet process according to the process, so the diaphragm products are also divided into dry process and wet process separator two categories. Lithium ion battery separator has many characteristics, which puts forward special requirements for its production technology, including raw material formula and rapid formula adjustment, micropore preparation technology, complete equipment independent design technology.

The MAIN FUNCTION OF THIS MACHINE IS TO COMPOUND THE DIAPHRAGM FROM THE UNWINDING FRAME ON THE first roller, AND then through the heating of the preheating roller, through the speed difference between the rolls before AND after the drawing area, the diaphragm will be LENGTHwise stretched, shaped, cut and rolled up.

The main machine adopts the double-extruding ABA film layer structure into the three-layer compound automatic die, adopts the six-roller drawdown cooling and shaping, equipped with the negative pressure true empty box and the import lock machine device. From drawing forming to double station winding, it adopts low tension design.
