LFS Type Fin Tube | Cold Drawn Finned Tube

Cold Drawn Finned Tube, Extruded or drawn fin tube, seamless with two longitudinal opposite fins. The advantage compared to standard boiler wall construction as no steel strip is required only one weld necessary to connect 2 tubes.

Mainly Carbon Steels, Ferritic Alloy, Austenitic Stainless, Steel, Nickel Alloy

Boiler water wall constructions, Water power plants, Steam generators, Gas recuperators, Flue tube boilers, Fuel element coils

Manufacturing process:

Hot-extrusion process or Cold drawn process

Advantages:

The fin tube is seamless and manufactured out in single-piece construction.

Compared to standard boiler wall constructions no strip is required, and only one weld is necessary to connect 2 tubes.

Other sizes on request. In addition to longitudinal fin tubes, sections of many shapes can be produced by hot extrusion with two or more internal and/or external fins in the size range.
