Plastic particles, commonly known as plastic particles, are raw materials for storage, transportation and processing of plastics in the form of semi-finished products. Recycled particles are products produced by purposeful processing of waste plastics, and have stable and reasonable market demand. With regard to the import of recycled particles, one of the current concerns is the identification requirements of the state for imported solid wastes. Many customers are vague about whether their products are solid wastes and how to identify them, which also leads to many customers not daring to import them rashly. Xiao Bian has been working on the import customs clearance of plastic granules for many years. Today, I have collected some relevant information for your reference.

1、 Three unified standards for imported recycled particles:

2、 What are the identification methods for solid wastes before the import declaration of plastic granules?

1. Requirements for indicators of radioactive testing methods: the dose rate of external radiation penetrating radiation shall not exceed the normal natural radiation background value+0.25 at the place where the import port is located μ Gy/h。

2. Index requirements of abnormal odor test method: no strong irritating odor.

3. Index requirements of inclusion content inspection method: the inclusion content is less than 0.5%.

4. Requirements for indicators of inspection methods for appearance properties: the total content of particles with different properties shall not be greater than 5%, and the powder content shall not be greater than 0.5%. The powder content of fiber grade recycled polyester chip (PET) shall not be greater than 0.015%.

5. Index requirements for identification method of polymer component type: the polymer component type is consistent with the declaration.

6. Index requirements for determination method of harmful element content: It shall comply with the limit provisions of the Limit Requirements for Restricted Substances in Electronic and Electrical Products (GB/T 26572). See the table for the limit of harmful elements in imported recycled plastic particles. The on-site preliminary screening result shall not be higher than 50% of the limit in the table, otherwise it shall be sent to the laboratory for further testing; The laboratory test results shall not be higher than the limits in the table.

7. Requirements for indicators of polymer component consistency analysis method: DSC curve is basically consistent.

8. Index requirements for ash content determination method: there is no significant difference in ash content results.
