1. CAN CUSTOMERS ORDER DIFFERENT COLORS AND MODEL IN ONE ORDER?
GRT: Of course you can, and there is no MOQ for our Aluminum Door, even 1 set we can offer as well.
2. WHAT'S YOUR POLICY FOR SAMPLES?
GRT: For small sample, we can offer for free and you just needs to pay the Express Cost. For completely doors, we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order.
3. WHAT'S YOUR TRADE TERMS AND PAYMENT TERM?
GRT: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR & CIF. You can choose the best one from your side. On the matter of payment term, normally we have to received 50% deposit by T/T for the fabrication work and the balance paid before loading.
4. CAN YOU MAKE THE DOOR AS PER OUR REQUIREMENT OR DRAWING?
GRT: Yes, we can. As all of our products are customized as per client's requirement completely. Once we received your drawing we will check it carefully and back to you with the Initial Quotation.
5. HOW ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY?
GRT: Warranty is 10-15 years for the GRT Aluminum Door.
6. CAN YOU HELP US TO SOURCE OTHER SUPPLIER'S PRODUCTS?
GRT: Sure, we'd like to source other items for you with 3-5% commission. We can help you to do factory audit, goods inspection and loading work as well.
7. CAN WE USE OUR OWN SHIPPING AGENT?
GRT: Of couse you can, we had cooperated with many forwarders, if you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the prices and service.
8. HOW LONG CAN I GET SAMPLES?
GRT : 10-25 Days to send sample via DHL, UPS, Fedex or other international express.
