Operation steps

1.Check the welding nozzle basic setting , and connect the tool to the mains . The mains voltage must correspond with the voltage stated on the cool

2.Perform a test welding according to the welding instructions of the material , check the test welding . Then adapt the welding temperature as required .

3.Turn hot air blower using positioning lever up to the stop , the outside edge of drive/pressure roller must lone up with the overlap edge of the material to be welded

4.Set temperature and welding speed according to the required value

5.After completing welding work , press the button , so that the hot air blower cools down . Then turn off the air blower switch

Maintenance

1. For safe and effient working , always keep the unit and its ventilation slots clean

2. Clean welding nozzle with wire brush

3. Check mains connection and plug for electrical and mechanical damage
