USAGE AND CHARACTERISTICS: 

1. It can be used to add glue and laminate textile, non-woven material, breathable film and many other fabrics.

2. Adopt glue dot transfer method to let glue transfer to the lining cloth evenly in dot form, then laminate to surface fabric, making them into one system.

3. The final laminated product is waterproof and breathable, water-washable, dry-washable and sand-washable, etc.

1. Solvent based glue or PU glue is applicable.
2. Glue is transferred evenly to material surface via engraved roller (dot or diamond shape or other shapes). Therefore, laminated materials are soft, waterproof and breathable.
3. The glue quantity is decided by two factors: the distance between the glue roller and the glue scraping blade (pneumatic control) and second, the glue roller mesh you choose. 
4. Special high temperature resistant and antirust Teflon paper on the drying roller surface protects materials' original and unique features and characteristics and prevents the glue from sticking to the roller. 
5. Special film unwinding device and film lining or carrier reclaimer can be installed on the machine. The glue can be transferred onto film or the other fabric before laminating, providing more options.
6. Efficient cooling device boosts the lamination effect.
7. Other functions, such as knitted fabric or stretchable fabric conveyor system, tension control, edge alignment, auto edge trim, etc, are available on request.
