The advanced flatbed lamination machine is widely used in the high and new tech materials industry, such as fiber reinforcement, aerospace, ballistics, filter materials, sound insulation materials and honeycomb materials.
Applicable specific materials: prepreg, aerogel felt,carbon fiber, glass fiber, ceramic fiber felt, aramid, graphene, non-woven fabric, honeycomb panel.
1) The pressure is transferred through the upper and lower conveyor belts and the contact heating and cooling systems are integrated. The laminated material will be uniformly heated. The material will be perfectly laminated with strong bonding.
2) The height is precisely adjustable.
3) Cooling zone will enhance the bonding of laminated materials.
4) Multilayers of materials can be laminated with the media of hot melt film or hot melt powder or the materials will be laminated by heating.
5) Various materials feeding methods, tension control methods, fixed length cutting methods and other devices are customizable.
