In the process of organic electrolytic synthesis, the electrochemical synthesis electrolyzer with excellent performance is a key set of devices, Shaanxi Turs Technology according to different organic electrolytic synthesis systems designed TSS-Y03 general organic electrolytic synthesis small electrolyzer device, using diaphragm superposition structure design or diaphragm electrolyzer design, in which the diaphragm, electrode plate, tank body material can be adjusted and optimized according to different solution systems and environments. It is suitable for the research and testing of organic electrode processes and the requirements of organic electrolytic synthesis of various systems.
This set of small test electrolyzer device is our company according to the problems and technical difficulties in the process of cooperation with customers for many years, improve and optimize the structural design, belongs to the field of electrochemical laboratory testing technology. The integral electrolyzer is designed with an anode chamber and a cathode chamber, with a diaphragm in the middle separating the two chambers, a gasket and several connecting pieces to tightly fix the electrode plate and the diaphragm, and four through-holes are designed on the front and back as inlet and outlet ports, exhaust ports, etc. The tank material can be selected as thickened plexiglass, which has high transparency, strong heat and corrosion resistance, low material cost, easy to observe the test situation or stainless steel, industrial titanium or other materials. However, if the solution system contains corrosive ions or other corrosive substances, it is necessary to contact our company to replace and adjust the tank and electrode plate or ion membrane so that the test can be carried out normally.
