Technical characteristics:
This Roller –type sublimation thermal transfer printing equipment, the use of heat-conducting oil layer surrounding electric heating diversion of the principles of design and manufacture of heating, the cylinder surface temperature balanced and stable blanket with out of the mechanical structure, with three-phase frequency control devices, machine operation, easy maintenance,transfer to achieve the best and widely used in digital printing industry at home and abroad.

2. Bring your own exhaust fumes purification system to ensure a comfortable environment.
3. Adjustable speed motor winding with air expansion shaft, simple and fast operation, improve production efficiency.

5. Double-display automatic lubrication system can regularly inject lubricant into the machine, keep the bearing shaft lubrication
state, increase the service life of the bearing shaft, save time and worry.
6. The blanket automatically corrects the deviation, improves the printing quality and saves manual adjustment.
7. Automatic finished fabric winding, convenient and fast, saving time and space.
8. Shutdown alarm system to ensure the safety of machine blankets.
9. Independent current observation table, the heating tube can be found at any time, and the solid state relay is working
normally.
10. Intelligent temperature control table, the machine can be automatically shut down and power off under 80 degrees when the
machine is off work, prolonging the service life of the blanket and heat transfer oil.
11. Put the printing paper, the lining paper uses the inflation shaft with the torque brake to increase the tension of the paper
and it is not easy to wrinkle.
12. Receive the printing paper, the lining paper uses the air-expansion shaft with the torque brake, and the speed-regulating
motor makes the winding more tight and tight.
13. It can print about 350-450 meters per hour.
