A: We are more than just a manufacturer. We are also builder by trade with more than 20 years in the building and construction industry. We DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, BUILD & DELIVER to your expectation at the highest quality.
2. Q: Where are you located?
A: Our factories are located in Foshan city, Guangdong, China. Approximatly 1hour drive from Guangzhou International Airport. You may reach us via taxi direct from the airport or by train (30min) from Guangzhou Train Station or by Subway and public transports available throughout the city. You are more than welcome to visit us ANYTIME. Do let us know in advance should you need us to pick you up from the airport.
3. Q: How to get a quotation?
A: You may write to us officially requesting a quote on the specified product , quantity and provide us with your contact information. We will revert back to you within 24 hours.
4. Q: What is your payment term?
A: 50% deposit by T/T when the order is confirmed, and the balance by T/T before shipment.
5. Q: Do you provide instruction manual or video for installation?
A: We provide CUSTOMISED detailed Instruction Manuals and Video for each of our client.
6. Q: Do you provide warranty?
A: We offer warranty and a replacement scheme for all our products from damages due to poor handling or packaging by our factory's staff, subject to case-to-case basis.
