T-bot3

T-Bot3 is a small, low-cost, programmable ROS-based mobile robot designed for education, research, hobbyist work, and product prototypes. The goal of T-Bot3 is to drastically reduce the size and price of the platform without sacrificing functionality and quality, while changing or expanding the robot components according to the needs of the user. Depending on how the user selects components, such as mechanical parts, computers and sensors, the T-Bot3 can be customized in various ways. In addition, T-Bot3 adopts SBC (Single Board Computer) which is more economical and smaller than the existing PC and suitable for embedded systems, and also applies the latest technologies such as distance sensor and 3D printing. The basic components of T-Bot3 are: servos for driving, SBC for running ROS, sensors for SLAM and navigation (Navigation), deformable structural parts, embedded controller OpenCR used as a mid-level controller , a sprocket compatible with tires and tracks, and finally an 11.1V lithium polymer battery.
