Plasma cutting machine is a cnc machine used for cutting all kinds of metals. We also call it plasma cutter, cnc plasma table,
metal plasma cutter, cnc metal cutter, 4x8ft plasma table, 5x10ft plasma table. We usually equip it with Chinese Huayuan or USA
Hypertherm plasma source to cut 0~30mm thickness metal.
If more than 30mm thickness, we advise use plasma and flame cutting machine, to add flame torch to cut thicker metals.

Honzhan Plasma Cutting Machine is suitable for carbon steel, copper, iron, aluminum and galvanized sheet, titanium sheet,
stainless steel and other metal sheet.
Application industry:
it is widely used for processing shells of machinery and electronic products, advertising signs, crafts, iron garden, car
manufacture, boat building, electrical accessories, board cutting.
2. Machine features:
1). Heavy machine bed after high temperature treatment can keep running speed and cutting precision.
2). Chinese Huayuan plasma source have good cutting quality and long lifetime, optional USA Hypertherm.
3). plasma cutting for aluminum, stainless steel use STARFIRE control system with FastCAM software or StarCam software with
nesting function can auto save material easily, large capacity storing function, convenient to read and process.
4). If cut thick metal, cutting head will have cooling system, which can quickly cool surface of material to avoid burr and smoke.
5). Overall Stepper motor with high precision rack and pinion, to ensure the cnc plasma cutting machine has small noise, smooth,
precise coordinates of the mobile performance.
6). Perfect software compatibility, such as Ucancam, Type 3, ArtCum etc.
