This Machine is used to welding the water heater pipe of electric water heater storage tank, or pressurized solar water heater storage tank

weld inlet water pipe, outlet water pipe, low-off pipe respectively. The distance between inlet and outlet pipe according to drawing. (horizontal inner tank).  

Loading and unloading way: The tank convey to host position through logistic line. The lifting device lift tank from convey line. Put two water pipe and low-off pipe manually and positioning. Then machine could weld automatically. 

Welding way: Double gun elevating type. The welding gun down, finish welding of 1 water pipe and 1 

low off pipe; double gun up; work piece do not move, double gun linear displacement and one gun 

down to weld the second water pipe.

Action process/operation way:

 barrel body rotary positioning by the artificial — nipple pipe hole and drain pipe install by the artificial — The vertical feed slide seat drop(pneumatic)  — Ignition arc — Welding torch rotation welding drainage pipe and the nipple pipe hole — Arc extinguish — The vertical feed slide seat rising —  Ignition arc — Welding torch rotation welding the middle nipple pipe hole(or drainage pipe or one nipple pipe hole) — Arc extinguish  — The vertical feed slide seat rising — Put the welded workpiece in next conveyor line by the artificial.
