Overview

This machine is used to perform simply supported pure bending fatigue tests on metals and their alloys at room temperature and high temperature, and to determine the fatigue properties of metal circular cross-section specimens to bending stress in a rotating state.

The testing machine adopts a simply supported beam structure and consists of a frame, an AC high-speed motor and driver, a measurement and control system, a loading weight, a high-temperature furnace and controller, a high-temperature fixture, and a protection device. The equipment has a rotation counter. The equipment can also be equipped with various corrosion chambers to support various corrosion bending fatigue tests.

The clamp adopts elastic front and rear chucks to hold the sample, and the chuck is connected with the main shaft elastic collet, which can achieve precise coordination and ensure that the radial runout of the clamped sample meets the requirements of navigation marks and national standards.
