Container bag's feature and Application
Container liners are suitable for 20 feet and 40 feet containers for shipping powder solid goods, such as: flour, starch, coffee beans, soybeans, PTA, PC, PP, PE, etc.
The container dry powder bag is used inside the container to realize the transportation of large tonnage and save the cost of packaging, transportation and labor. There are PE film, PP woven cloth and PE woven cloth for selection according to the different products to be installed, as well as different transportation and storage requirements.

Advantages of container liners: Compared with the commonly used 25kg bags, ton bags, etc., the loading capacity is increased and the packaging cost is reduced;

Applicable products for container liner bags:
1. Non-hazardous free-flowing products: soybeans, coffee beans, barley, wheat, corn, cocoa powder, fish meal, peanuts, lentils, nuts, peas, rice, salt, seeds, sugar, tea, livestock feed, etc.;
2. Granular or powdered bulk: polyethylene granules, polypropylene granules, PVC granules, ABS resin, aluminum powder, fertilizer, soda powder, zinc powder, china clay, titanium dioxide powder, silica, wood fiber powder, acetate fiber Elements, silica, fertilizers, etc.
Container Loading Equipment or Methods: Conveyor loading, hopper loading, blower loading, throwing loading, inclined loading. Container unloading method: Unloading is usually done by tilting the container. The discharge port is connected with a rotary valve, or directly into the material port.
Container liners use for 20 and 40 inch containers.
The loading will be an efficient transport system for bulk goods.
The liner made of polypropylene fabric and the fabric is attached to the inside of the container, the product does not touch the container itself.
These bags provide an extra wall between the container and bulk products and prevents any contamination. And they are easy for loading and unloading, and widely used in transportation and storage for bulk products. It will be quite convenient and also save costs for end users.
Production process:
● For outer PP bags: It's the same production process as standard of big bag as the fabric is the same material but only the thickness of fabric is different.
● For inner liners: The material is PE (polyethylene) and it normally produced by blown film machine and at least 4 layers to make sure no leakage of liquid.
The liner jumbo bags are normally used to pack the goods needing water proof or moisture proof. And some products need to be transported and stored away from sunlight, so they need to be packed with a Aluminum foil lining. Due to the different physical and chemical properties of the product, it is necessary to analyze according to the specific situation when selecting the lining.
And mostly the food grade and medical grade jumbo bags are also need inner liner for packaging.
