BG series disc machine is the smallest fully automatic machine with complete functions, which takes up little space. Drop cup → no cup detection → filling → electric eye correction of sealing film position → printing → sealing&cup cover cutting → consistent operation of finished products discharging in whole row. Traditional operation panel, easy to understand. Independent temperature control feedback control of sealing die. The electric eye automatically tracks and corrects the sealing position, and the film printing is accurate. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which is firm, stable and never rusts. The filling quantity is accurate, and the liquid level of the storage bucket is controlled automatically. CIP automatically cleans the material barrel and filling pipeline. All pipelines conform to food level hygiene specifications. Automatic stop when no cup is detected, and automatic start when feeding. Finished products are automatically output in full columns.
