Happycare sperm count slide is mainly used for sperm count and morphological analysis; and prostatic fluid, cervical secretion, hemocytometer and other tests. The sperm count slide is used for sperm counts of undiluted specimens. Slides consist of a counting cell with a depth of 0.01 mm. This optimized deep-seated monolayer of sperm cells allows unimpeded sperm movement, survival rates to be assessed, and easy sperm counting. |
Technical Parameters:
1. Grid size: 0.1 x 0.1 = 0.01 mm per cell.
2. Dimensions: 74 × 36 × 7mm (plate with the total thickness).
3. The gap between the carrier platform (Φ8mm) and the cover plate is 10μ (0.01mm), accuracy error: ±1.5μ at a constant temperature of 37°C.
Reminder: This product is a high-precision inspection tool, the main body for advanced optical glass, ruby composite products. Computer scan using meshless sperm count board. Counting plate cover can be configured separately
Instructions
1. The body fluid placement table is located at Φ8mm on the base plate. After using medical alcohol to clean and disinfect, you can use it.
2. In the microscope eyepiece system access digital video camera and computer connection, you can use the analysis software for counting or morphology analysis.
3. Drop the liquid to be tested on the circular carrier and close the ring cover. Place the microscope platform to observe the count.
