Smart Glass Description
SMART GLASS is a layer of liquid crystal film sandwiched between two glasses.
Liquid crystal film is protected between 2 layer of PVB films, then placed in an autoclave or a general one-step high temperature oven to glue together during high-pressure process.
SMART GLASS has advantage against privacy protection, along with the features of safety glass.
Glass will be transparent when there is current on LC film or opaque when power off. Light and darkness can be changed by controlling the voltage, easy to switch, convenient and simple.
If black film used it will be opaque when power off, or black transparent when energized.
Color can also be done in accordance with the customer, the film can be made with a self-adhesive membrane function according to customer requirements.
