1. Equipment introduction
The meat grinder is to smash raw meat into different specifications of granular meat filling according to different requirements, mainly used in meat processing enterprises.
The meat grinder is mainly composed of a feeder, a cutting machine and a driving machine.
The meat grinder mainly uses the rotating screw to push the raw meat in the hopper box to the pre-cut orifice plate, uses the shearing action formed by the rotating reamer and the holes on the orifice plate to chop the raw material, and squeezes it under the extrusion force of the screw, then the raw materials are continuously discharged out, so the raw meat is cut into granular blocks to ensure the uniformity of the meat filling.
According to different material properties and processing requirements, the machine can be equipped with corresponding tools and orifice plates, and can process different sizes of meat, to meet the requirements of the next process.

3. Instructions
1. Before using the electric meat grinder, clean all parts that can be cleaned.
2. After assembling, turn on the power, wait for the machine to run normally, and then add the meat
3. Before grinding the meat, please deboned the meat and cut it into small pieces (thin strips) so as not to damage the machine
4. Charge and turn on the machine, when runs normally, add meat pieces.
5. The meat pieces must be added evenly and not too much, so as not to affect the damage to the motor. If the machine is running abnormally, the power should be cut off immediately, and check the reason after the machine is off.
6. If you notice leakage, ignition and others, you should immediately cut off the power supply and ask an electrician to repair it, don’t turn it on and repair it without permission.
7. Turn off the machine if you don’t use it, then clean the components, drain the water, and put them in a dry place for later use.
8. Before using, refer to the instruction. If you do not use it strictly according to the operating procedures, you will be responsible for the consequences.
