This is because the microstructure can be increased under bidirectional stretching, and the membrane bubble is directly cooled and in the stretched state.
Air tightness: After bidirectional stretching, the membrane produced by crystalline polymer reduces the permeability of water vapor, oxygen or other gases by 1/3 ~ 1/2, which is particularly important in the food packaging industry.
Optical PROPERTIES: AFTER bidirectional STRETCHING, THE transparency AND gloss OF THE film are improved, especially because the spherulite structure will not be formed, and the refractive index of the film is increased, so the luster and transparency of the film are not reduced due to friction loss.
