QHS model carbonated mixing machine is designed with latest technology and used for the mixing of soda and other aerated beverage. The parts that contact the liquid all made of fine stainless steel 304 in accordance with the requirement of food sanitation.
Working process:
Before syrup pump, there should be a concentrated syrup tank, syrup feeding by syrup pump, clean water feeding by water pump, water and syrup mixing through high pressure pump, at the same time, CO2 injected into mixing pipe, water, syrup and CO2 entering to keep balance tank together, the carbonated drink tank should be fill CO2 to keep pressure balance, so carbonated drink inside going into filling machine.
