Automatic vegetable oil filling and capping packing machine
Overview:
1. GF12-6 PET bottle filling and capping machine absorbs the advanced technology of the same type of products abroad, with stable performance, safety and reliability.
2. Using the chain direct connection technology, the bottle screw and the conveyor chain are eliminated, and the bottle shape is simple and easy to change.
3.The bottle transfer technology adopts the card bottleneck technology. It is not necessary to adjust the height of the bottle to change the shape of the bottle. It is only necessary to replace the curved guide plate related to the diameter of the bottle body, and to change the shape of the bottle, only a small number of star wheels can be replaced, and the curved guide plate can be realized;
4.The clean bottle is led out from the rinsing section to the filling section by the rinsing bottle. The bottle entering the filling section is forked by the bottle neck, and is lifted, held and lowered by the lifting mechanism by the lifting mechanism. The bottle is in operation. The top-opening filling valve is filled by closed filling method. The output adjustment is controlled by the frequency converter. The high-speed filling valve is adopted, the liquid level control is precise, and the error is small.
5. After the filling is completed, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel, and the anti-rotation knife on the capping machine catches the bottle neck portion, and together with the bottle neck guard plate outside the capping machine, keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head revolves and rotates under the driving of the capping machine main shaft, and realizes the capping, the capping, the capping and the capping action under the action of the cam, and completes the entire capping process. The capping head adopts a magnetic constant torque device. When the capping cap is taken out by the capping disc, the cap cap is placed against the lid, and the cap is straightened to ensure the position of the cap in the capping mold is correct, and the capping quality is ensured. When the cap is completed, the capping head overcomes the magnetic slip and does not damage the cap, and the cap bar ejects the cap from the capping die as the capping head rises.
6.The cover is installed on the top of the capping part, and the smoothed cover goes down the netway. 7.When the cap is screwed, the cap is placed in an accurate position to ensure the quality of the cap. The lid is fed by the cap feeder through the wind to the top of the capping device, and the capping is convenient.
