Machine description:

2. Introduction of Wine drink cans filling machine The machine is composed by the filling and capping parts which produced by abroad introduced advanced technique. The performance and structure both are up to international level. The whole machine joins the mechanical, electric, and pneumatic ways to control.
The auto control liquid level equipment fixed in the filler machine keeps the stable of the liquid level.
The row-rolling completes the capping by the rotary type equipment: a can-a cap, no cans-no caps.
They will automatically stop when no cans and the cans crushed. The higher standard of roboticized is fit for all kinds of pull-tab cans.

Washing part
Pass the turn cage, the bottle mouth is sprayed down into the cleaning liquid,after pass the turn cage again. |

Filling part
A pressure filling, air pressure control. Filling heads can adjust the height and control the level of liquid level. No leakage.

Sealing part
Air brake control drop cap, photoelectric control with no bottle without drop cap,with no bottle without seaming. Cans sealing heads: 2 screw head, diagonal as a capping head, an upper edge, a lower edge, in order to tight seal cans. |

Conveyor system
Conveying path support on the ground by tripod, driving motor adopt frequency control, it connects with washing filling and capping 3 in 1 machine and keeps pace with it. The filled bottles are conveyed by the conveyor system. Driving system is running by a main motor that adopts gear drive mode. |
