GRP/FRP Pultruded Profiles
Pultruded Fiberglass CompositeTubing is a proprietary combination of fiberglass reinforcements and thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resin systems. FRP Pultruded products are made by assembling FRP pultrusions which are manufacturerd with a high percentage of glass fiber roving soaked with resion and finally designed to desired shapes by heating and pultrusion. Pultrusion is a continous process in which the glass fibres, glass matting and synthetic surface veil are lterally pulled simultaneously through a polyester or vinyl ester resin bath. the desired geometric shape is formed as they are pulled through a heated steel dir and as the composite hardens.
Pultruded products are light weight, strong , chemical and UV resistance with less maintennance, Pultruded products are well suited for high corrosion environments and offers very high load bearing capacity.
The standard profile of the pultruded FRP includes round tube, bar, frp Angle, I-beam, channels, square tube, rectangular tube,gear tube, flat block, etc. Refer to the drawing FRP standard profile table. We can design and manufacture all kinds of FRP profiles according to customer requirements.

All Pultruded Fiberglass tube have a surface veil to protect against glass fibers penetrating the resin surface in service and to increase corrosion and UV resistance.
