The glass fiber reinforced plastic cable pipe is a kind of pipe formed by a computer-controlled winding process or a pultrusion process with a resin as a matrix, continuous glass fiber and its fabric as a reinforcing material. It is composited with resin as matrix and glass fiber as reinforcing material, and is formed by bonding with unsaturated resin and can be matched with modern cable engineering construction.

(1) High strength, high quality and light weight: FRP cable protection pipes are used for direct burying under the roadway,
without the need to build a concrete protective layer, which can speed up the progress of cable engineering construction and reduce construction costs.
(2) Corrosion resistance: The glass fiber reinforced plastic cable protection pipe is specially designed to resist the erosion of many chemical fluids such as acid, alkali, salt, untreated sewage, corrosive soil and groundwater. Can be used in high-temperature saline-alkali zones.
(3) Long service life: The service life of the glass fiber reinforced plastic cable protection pipe is longer than the traditional
protection pipe, and its designed service life reaches more than 50 years.
(4) Flame-retardant, heat-resistant and frost-resistant: FRP cable protection pipe can be used for a long time at -50℃—130℃ without deformation.
(5) Good electrical insulation performance: The glass fiber reinforced plastic cable protection pipe is made of non-magnetic material, has no eddy current loss and electrical corrosion, and is energy-saving. It is suitable for single-core cable laying; it has large current carrying capacity and low thermal resistance, and has no adverse effects on the normal operation of the cable.
