Product Description
Features:
* PLC control, touch screen display, easy to operate and understand;
* Modular assembly structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, easy to clean and exchange;
* All materials are uniformly mixed by gravity measurement, and the micro-metering accuracy can be strictly controlled within the scope of ±0 5%;
* Automatic repeated calibration function, which automatically calibrates the program after each weighing to ensure the highest dosing accuracy;
* With the formula storage function, up to 100 formulas can be stored;
* With the alarm history function;
* With Ethernet communication function, realizing networking with the molding machine and centralized monitoring function.
Working principle:
* When the metering valve is started, the hopper metering valve opens according to the time value calculated by the preset weight value and the unit feeding volume of the metering valve. When the feeding time is up, the metering valve closes and the weighing pan is checked. If within the specified error range, it goes to the next hopper for weighing and check;
* When the raw materials in all the hoppers have been weighed and checked, they will fall into the mixing bucket for stirring and mixing. When the mixing time is up, they will be automatically discharged into the bottom storage hopper.
Scope of application:
* Equipped with a magnetic base, it can be directly installed on the injection molding machine/extruder;
* Equipped with a weighing machine support and material distribution station, it can be connected to the feeding system.
