Nylon slider：
When the oil-bearing and wear-resistant nylon slider is used under the condition of light load and low speed, the nylon slider can be used without adding lubricant. Nylon is characterized by slight wear during initial use and little wear after use. The friction coefficient of MC oil-bearing and wear-resistant nylon is 0.3-0.4. Due to its low self-lubricating performance and water absorption, MC oil-bearing nylon has self-cleaning property that is not easy to bond with other materials. It can be widely used in coal bunker and silo in electric power, coal, metallurgy and other industries.
Nylon slider·：
1. Good mechanical properties MC oil-bearing nylon is crystallized below the sliding point of its soluble nylon. It has good creep resistance and fatigue resistance, and can bear heavy load without deformation.
2. Light weight can reduce the unnecessary strength and power between parts, reduce the motion inertia, and facilitate loading, unloading and maintenance.
3. Reduce noise. When used in mechanical equipment, silos, hoppers and mixing drums, the noise can be reduced by 10-15 dB.
4. Good heat resistance, can be used in 150 ℃ environment for a long time, and the service temperature can reach 200 ℃.
