Product packaging
Step 1. Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Step 2. Label all windows and door size, quantity, project name and floor number. Then Put products on iron steel pallets.
Step 3. All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, nsure the unshakable the whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.
Step 4. Use folk lift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure the 100% safe.transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

Q 1. Are you supplying standard sizes of windows/doors or customised products ?
Both is available.We have distributors overseas,some of them are getting standard sizes of aluminium windows/doors from YY factory,and we also supply customised products for lots of end customers, developers and builders.
Q 2. Do you have installers in Australia or send installation team to job site ?
We have installation guide to help you to get a easy installation and sub frames of installation are highly recommended for double brick wall,brick veneer wall,concrete wall,timber wall...
We have overseas manager in Australia,he will assist you to complete installation perfectly as he has completed lots of jobs,like apartments,residentials,commercials...
And we can send our installation team to job site if it is necessary.

No price difference between them.
We recommend you to choose anodised finish if the house is near salt water for long-effective corrosion resistance,but powder coating will be better if the house is far away from salt water.
Q 6.What kinds of hardware can you supply ?
Commonly Germany brand,China top brand and Australia brand,and other brands are available.
We recommend you to use Australia brand if you are in Australia for easy replacement,so local brand is the best choise.Last but not the least,the price is different even if same brand,as the locking system makes it happen,the locking systems we are using are long-lasting.
