Differen Bag Type For Coffee Packaging
1.Block Bottom Bags
The BBB is our newest and fastest growing packaging format.
It combines the benefits of a traditional side gusseted bag with a bag that is self-standing, allowing for easy fill and a narrow shelf presence.
This format is used across many different markets, including coffee.
2.Side Guesset Bags
The side gusset bag is the recognized format for coffee packaging today. It is the tried and true "coffee bag", and offers the most selection within our coffee packaging line, with many colors and sizes available.
The name comes from the side folds or "gussets" on the bag. It is also widely used in other markets such as, pet food, powders goods, teas and other specialty food products.
3.Stand Up Bags
The stand-up pouch has been the "go-to" bag for several decades. They offer a large printing billboard and many consumer-friendly features such as Tear Notches, and several different closure or zipper types. We offer many colors, shapes, sizes and materials including Clear, Metallized, Foil, Kraft Laminate, Kraft Window etc.
The One-Way Degassing Valve
Flex one-way degassing valves are designed to allow pressure to be released from an airtight package while not allowing external atmosphere (i.e. air with 20.9% O2) to enter the package. A one-way degassing valve is useful for packaging products that are sensitive to oxygen and moisture and also release gas or entrapped air. The one-way degassing valve can be attached to a flexible package to relieve pressure built up in the package while protecting the interior contents from the damaging effects of oxygen and moisture.
When pressure inside a sealed package increases beyond the valve opening pressure, a rubber disk in the valve momentarily opens to allow gas to escape out of the package. As gas is released and the pressure inside the package drops below the valve close pressure, the valve closes.
Available Features
1.Tin-ties are used as reclosure for side gusseted and quad seal bags. Fold down the top of the bag and secure using the tin-tie. Tin-ties are easy to apply to the bag with their peel-and-stick backing, similar to a sticker or label.
2.Hot Stamping, you can create clean simple art that showcases your product and your branding. Using a cut die and ink transfer, hot stamping allows you maximum flexibility for your minimal art. Getting a hot stamp look is easy and convenient, with short lead times and low MOQs, hot stamping may be perfect for your product line.
3.The pocket zipper offers the convenience of a zipper with the benefit of easy filling. Installed on the front of the package, the tear/pull tab is a cutout tab that can be easily accessed and opened and reclosed by the end user.
