Garage Door Bearing Brackets
There are two types of end bearing plates: supported and unsupported. The supported end bearing plate is mostly being used for standard systems; 12 inches and up clearance between top of door opening to the ceiling. The supported end bearing plate is mounted to the flag bracket, to the punch angle of the horizontal track and to the header/jamb. The unsupported end bearing plate is mostly being used for low clearance systems; less than 12 inches clearance between the top of door opening to the ceiling. The unsupported end bearing plate is mounted to the flag bracket and/or to the horizontal track punch angle only.
Center Support Bracket for garage door torsion spring
The center support bracket is mounted to the spring pad above the header of the garage door opening with lag screws (not included). The torsion spring (or springs) are attached to the center support bracket with bolts & nuts.
Residential Garage Door Bottom Corner Brackets
The garage door bottom brackets attach to the bottom corners of the bottom section. The corner brackets hold the bottom roller in place and the extension spring cable or torsion spring cable is attached to the bracket. It's not uncommon after many years and due to the fact that the bottom brackets are next to the garage floor water & moisture can cause the brackets to rust and eventually break.Garage door bottom corner brackets - for residential or light commercial garage doors Compatible with garage doors up to 2" thick Milford pin cable attachment (inside hookup loop style cable attachment)
