Our factory has advanced production equipments and capacity, professional design team, currently covers an area of 12000 square meters, we have 100 staffs in the production line and
12 designers with the capacity to meet the need within 500 tons of stamping, more than a number
of 200 production equipments including CNC punching machine, hydraulic machine, laser cutting machine, bending machine, drilling machine, milling machine, grinding machine, line cutting machine, sawing machine and so on. In addition, we have surface treatment and auxiliary equipments including pneumatic pressure welding machine, high frequency heating equipment, electrogas welding, argon arc welding, electroplating, powder coating, injection molding, electrophoresis paint and so on, they could work highly efficient.
We also have testing equipments including hydraulic-unversal material testing machine, metallographic analyzer, projector, thickness tester, salt spray tester, hardness tester and so on, it has realized the complete process of production line. we could independently complete the whole processing line including the die design and manufacturing, material sorting, stamping forming, welding& assembly and surface treatment.
We could meet different requirement to the materials such as stainless steel, 65Mn, alloy steel, pickling plate, galvanized sheet, aluminum plate, copper plate so on, to provide fast, stable and reliable OEM services for the customers.
Meanwhile our factory has self-developed TV mounts including TV brackets, Air conditioner brackets, Support brackets and others more than 300 types which are export to more than 40 countries, to meet the various needs of different customers. And highly recognized by the customers.
We had attended the AHR EXPO exhibition in Las Vegas (2017) and Chicago (2018).
