The main features of deep groove ball bearings:

Can withstand pure radial load, can also withstand pure axial load, it can also bear joint load under radial and axial action simultaneously

When the radial load is the same as the axial load, especially when rotating at a high speed, the deep groove ball is often more suitable than the angular contact ball.

In the case of high speed and not suitable for thrust ball bearings, this type of bearing can bear pure axial load and have better performance.

There are two types of cages, stamped steel cages and solid brass cages. Jinfeng Bearing has a patent for a solid cage, and adds YA8 after the model to make a distinction. The YA8 structure retainer saves non-ferrous metal brass, saves rivets, saves manpower resources and power resources, is well lubricated, and has a good use effect.

Quality control

1. 100% raw material inspection before going into factory ,and the production shall be started only after the materials are qualified.

2. Each batch of products has a unique production number, which can be traced back to the whole process. The traced material shall be kept for a minimum of 3 years.

3. 100% magnetic particle inspection before assembly.
