The end cover of the ball mill is one of the key parts of the ball mill. Its structure is relatively complex, the processing and manufacturing cycle is long, and the required processing and assembly precision is high. Therefore, its manufacturability should be fully considered when compiling the process route.
The end caps are located at both ends of the barrel of the ball mill and are supported on the bearings. They are mainly used to support the material, the barrel and the medium. The fillet at the root of the end plate of the hollow shaft of the ball mill is the stress concentration part.
Effectively improve the appearance quality of the hollow shaft, make its surface finish meet customer requirements, and use advanced flaw detection equipment to conduct non-destructive testing on each hollow shaft to ensure the internal quality of the hollow shaft, and strictly prevent any defective products from leaving the factory.
