85 Rotating Bituminous Membrane Oven
Usage Overview
Simulates the aging that occurs during the production of hot-mix asphalt mixtures and is used to determine the aging asphalt samples in the test.
Product Description
1. Observation: The door of the workpiece chamber is of double form, the inner layer is about 30mm thick, the outer layer is about 50mm thick, and a square glass observation window is installed in the center. There are lights in the room, so that the pool can be seen from the outside while the measurement is in progress, and the thermometer is inserted from the front of the upper part.
2. Heating: The heating device is at the bottom of the studio, and the air is heated by natural convection. The working chamber is evenly heated by the air ducts at the top, bottom and back.
3. Working room: The center of the working room is equipped with a turntable that can place eight asphalt sample dishes, which is driven by a motor. You can also remove the turntable and use it as an ordinary thermostat.
