Martindale Pilling Tester

HY0401-4 Martindale Abrasion and Pilling Tester is used to determine the abrasion and pilling resistance of all kinds of textile by Martindale method. The circular test specimens are rubbed against the friction surface comprising known abradents at a defined force in the form of a Lissajous figure.

1) 4 working positions to test 4 specimens at the same time 

2) Microcomputer control, large color touch screen operation. 

3) With two test method, small and large standard Lissajous curve, small Lissajous mode for pilling test, large Lissajous mode for abrasion test 

4) Load pieces and key components made of stainless steel, nice and durable 

5) Guide plate made of special aluminum alloy to ensure long time operation without deformation
