Copper wire waste recycling machine is totally dry type machine, which is used for processing waste cable wires and scraps to get high purity ad good quality copper and plastic separated. It has wide application, which can process all kinds of wires, like automobile electrical route, car bottom line, motorcycle electric line, computer case line and communication cable, etc.
Trough a series of processing flow, copper and plastic will be separated from waste cable wires and scraps easily.
Working process of copper wire waste recycling machine:
1. Input waste cable wires and scraps into shredder/crusher, then they will be crushed into small granules of mixed copper and plastic.
2. Send these small granules into an air separator, which can separate copper granule and plastic granule, according to their different specific gravity.
3. Equip an electrostatic separator. Air separator can't separate clearly copper and plastic of very thin wires due to the similar gravity. Electrostatic separator can separate them according to their different electrostatic charges.
4. Collect the dust by dust collector during working process.
5. At last, collect the separated pure copper and plastic.
Final product of copper wire waste recycling machine:
Copper: Separated copper has high purity and good quality, which can sell in a good price directly, or it can be made copper ingot and new copper products for sale.
Plastic: Separated plastic also has good quality and high purity, which can be sold directly. Or it can be granulated to new products, like wire covers, and then sell.
