Working Process
Easy Control Touch Screen
Language: Standard English and Chinese. Any language can be customized.
PLC: Imported PLC microcomputer with interface and frequency control enables bag parameter setting more convenient and easier.
Screw Feeder
Pull the powder material into the hopper, the screw inside will convey the material to screw measuring machine.
Screw Measuring Machine
Automatic measuing the volume of materials。
Bag Former
#304 stainless steel bag former is for shaping the film into a bag.
Different bag width needs different bag former.
Different bag width needs different bag former.
Sealing and Cutting Device
The wheels will pull the film to this cutting device, which will create the top and bottom of the bags.
