Machine Introduction
The JKMF fruit and vegetable flow packing machine features quick, easy changeover and adjustment that minimizes product and film waste and reduces maintenance costs.
The machine working starts with a cylindrical roll of film. The flow wrapping machine will transfer the film from the roll and through to the forming collar (sometimes referred to as tube or plow). At the same time, a conveyor has lined up individual products for wrapping. The film is fed through the collar and the product is surrounded with film, sealed and the film is then cut. The finished individual product is then gathered downstream to be bagged or cartoned prior to boxing and palletizing.
This is a flow packing machine specially customized for fruit and vegetable packing.
It is suitable for individual packing and tray packing of all kinds of vegetables.
Such as tomato, cherry, endive, hearts, brussels sprouts, small green peppers, lettuce, pepper, sweetcorn, garlics, asparagus, leek, carrot, avocado, apple, grapes, orange, etc.

Machine Details
The packaging parameters setting is set on the HMI screen (human machine interface).
A pulse is generated for machine movement, and this is transferred to the PLC (programmable logic controller).
Including packaging size, packaging speed, etc.
With Date Printer
When the HFFS packaging machine is operating, the film is usually pulled off the roll by film transport belts, which are positioned to the side of the forming tube which is located at the front of the machine.
A date printer can be installed on the film holder, so that the production date and other information can be printed on the colleague of the packaging.
The film enters a forming tube assembly.
As it crests the shoulder (collar) on the forming tube, it is folded around the tube so that the end result is a length of film with the two outer edges of the film overlapping each other.
The horizontal seal bar, which is hot, moves forward and makes contact with the horizontal overlap on the film, bonding the layers of film together.
A set of heated horizontal sealing jaws come together to make the top seal of one bag and the bottom seal of the next bag. While the sealing jaws are closed, the product that is being packaged is dropped down the middle of the hollow forming tube and filled into the bag.
This is a complete packaging process, you will get the perfect packaging finished product.
