* Main performance characteristics
(1). Full-automatic folding mask machine, adopting PLC control system to make the material from the coil material feeding, nose clip feeding, compounding, ultrasonic welding, ear loop feeding and welding, mask folding forming, mask cutting, finished product cutting, completed at one time, the entire set of production process is automated, continuous and efficient.
(2). Intelligent control platform, man-machine interface parameter setting is convenient and fast, the operation is simple and easy to learn.
(3). High production stability, low failure rate, and small footprint.
(4). When the material of the coil and the nose clip is shortage, the photoelectric (optical fiber) detects the raw material and automatically stops to avoid waste.
(5). Automatic welding is realized by ultrasonic, accurate and stable.
(6). The ear loop cutting&welding, edge sealing mechanism and die-cutting mechanism adopt independent servo cam curve design, precise and high speed.
