1.Manual Feeding+Packing Machine
*Feeding conveyor length : 2500mm(standard); the length can be customized according to customer's requirement;
* Automatic film splicer is optional;
* Machine model: ZP-500SG (Full servo), ZP-100/ZP-500(Non-servo);
* Packing speed: 35-200 bags/min (Depend on manul feeding speed);
*Inlcude ink roll type date code printer.
* Widely application: suitable for packing biscuits/cookies, cake, bread, chocolate, protein bar/energy bar, and non-food products, such as spoon, soap and so on.
2.Magazine Feeding+packing machine
*Magazine feeder is suitable for most of the biscuits (round, square, rectangle shape).
* Easy to realize semi-automation. No need manual feeding each biscuits into packing machine.
* Max.speed can reach 200+ bags/minute.
* Machine model:ZP-500SG (Full servo), ZP-100/ZP-500(Non-servo);
3.Vibration Magazine Feeding+Packing
*Vibration magazine feeder can be placed near the biscuits processing line, the feeder is much longer than normal magazine feeder, more biscuits can be put , reduce labor intensity, highly improve efficiency;
* Suitable for most of the biscuits (round, square, rectangle shape).
* Easy to realize semi-automation. No need manual feeding each biscuits into packing machine.
* Max.speed can reach 200+ bags/minute.

4. Full Automatic Feeding+ Packing machine
*Front end of the packing line can connect to biscuit processing line, easy to realize full automation.
* Max packing speed can reach 250-300 bags/minute for one packing machine.
* Packaging form: single biscuit per bag, 2 PCS biscuits per bag, 3 PCS biscuits per bag, 4 PCS biscuits per bag, 2*2, 2*3, 3*2,3*3 and so on.
* Machine model:ZP-500SG (Full servo), ZP-100/ZP-500(Non-servo);
4. Automatic Secondary packing / Outer packing/Family packing
Application This combined packing line is suitable for the secondary package, it can realize the packing form in multiple rows and columns. The front end can connect with several sets of pillow packing machines or production lines to realize automatic continuous feeding.
Performance & Characteristics
1. The combined packing line is composed of automatic packaging machine unit, transition conveyor, servo receiving unit and down film-feeding reciprocating packaging machine. The packaged products at the front end area arranged and collected according to actual needs, and then accurately sent to reciprocating packaging machine. It can achieve continuous production, high speed, high efficiency, and labor saving.
2. The speed of reciprocating packaging machine can reach 40-60 bags/min (depending on product size and packaging form).
3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply.

1. Double-servo receiving system is used to accurately collect, arrange, and position single packaged products and feed them into reciprocating packaging machine.

Automatic packaging line details
Advantages of automatic feeding line for inner package:
1.SUS304 stainless steel baffles and side-driving conveyor PU belt .
2.Multi-stage differential separating conveyor and multi-grade feeding belt, make the products arranged neatly, location accurate and high speed.
3.Easily Maitain: dismantle the belts without tools, crumble slots are installed in the connecting places and in the bottom of the belt, easy to maintain, save time and effort.
4.Simplified structure, easy operation, convenient cleaning and maintenance, it’s easy and fast to change films and setting when changing products with different size.
5. Food grade PU belt: Standard configuration equipped with food grade white PU belt, blue anti-microbial belt and anti-sticking belt are optionally available.
6. High quality electric components are adopted in control system; intelligent PLC, touch screen and wonderful HMI, make the operation easy and intuitive.
Structure Features of automatic feeding line for inner package
1. Composition: separating conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine.
2. Working Process:The separating conveyors separate the products first, and then the guarding plate distribute the products to automatic feeding line, after that the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging.
3. Packing speed:200-300 bags per minute per machine (Depend on the products).
4. Power:The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of one packing line is 6KW .
